Hi, I’m Tana Benitez. I was born in Manila, Philippines, but Boulder has been home for more than 20 years. After spending four years on the East Coast, I returned to Colorado following my graduation from Villanova University in 2025. ​

I graduated with a degree in Communication, specializing in Media Production, and a second major in Spanish Studies with minors in Peace and Justice and Latin American Studies. My work has taken me across the United States, Brazil and the Philippines (but Colorado will always be home).

Today, I work in marketing and communications, creating campaigns and digital content that connect people with local businesses and their community. I also take on select photography, videography and film production projects.

 

Outside of work, you can usually find me trying to summit one of Boulder’s five peaks or catching a concert at Red Rocks.
